Please note that teachers and external students will have to pay an additional € 19,70 in order to be registered at the University of Vienna and to be insured for the duration of the summer school (general accident and liability insurance). This is not covered by the tuition waiver.

The full amount (registration fee for students of the University of Vienna / registration fee + € 19,70 for teachters and external students) is due after you have been accepted to the summer school.

Refunds: Once you have paid the registration fee after having been accepted to the summer school, it cannot be refunded. The registration fee will only be refunded in case of cancellation of the summer school by the organizing team.

The registration fee will NOT cover accommodation, food (except for coffee breaks), travel, and incidentals.

Tuition Waiver

The University of Vienna's International Office will award a maximum of 4 tuition waivers to eligible students of the summer school. It will cover the registration fee but NOT the costs for accommodation, food, and incidentals.
